This mac and cheese starts off with a typical roux (butter and flour whisked together). This helps thicken up our cheese sauce. Milk is then added and simmered until bubbly and thick. - 1teaspoonTabasco
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonpepper
- 1/8teaspooncayenne pepper
- fresh parsley chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Meanwhile add butter to a small saucepan. Heat until melted.
- Stir in flour and whisk constantly for 1-2 minutes.
- Add milk and simmer whisking constantly for another 3-4 minutes until thick.
- Take off of the heat and whisk in cheese until fully melted.
- Stir in tomatoes, jalapeno, Tabasco, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Pour cheese sauce over the cooked noodles and toss to combine.

Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 3 cups water
- 1 TBS butter
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 8oz package of cream cheese

- Cook the macaroni in water until done.
- Drain macaroni and set to the side.
- Melt butter in sauce pan.
- Add cream cheese and cook low till melted- be careful not to burn.
- Add in shredded cheese and macaroni.
- Stir vigorously until all cheese is melted together and well mixed.
- You can either serve now or for additional cheesiness- pour macaroni into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake in over for 15 minutes.
- Serve gooey!!!
